PATIO HEATER RETURNS
We take pride in assisting you with your purchasing decision. All dimensions and installation instructions are available on line and we also have a 24 hour, toll free product support line available for any questions or concerns. We want to make sure that you select the correct model for your application on your order so that you do not need to return an order.
However, in the rare case you do need to return your order, we can accommodate your request as long as the following checklist is adhered to:
- Return needs to be within 30 days of receipt of product
- Product must be new and never installed
- Must be in resalable condition
- Must be in original packaging
- Must be crated to protect the patio heater(s) from freight damage
- Must be shipped prepaid to the factory
- Prior to shipping and crating, pictures of the patio heater and the finished crate will need to be sent to our factory for approval so that you can obtain a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA)
- Upon receipt of your returned item, it will be inspected for any damage as the damage will be your responsibility as well as a minimum 30% restocking fee.
