We recommend that you are present when your order is delivered and please inspect the packaging exterior for any damage. In the unlikely event there is excessive freight damage on the exterior of the packaging or crate, REFUSE THE SHIPMENT and contact us immediately with your order number and the name of the freight company. If there appears to be minimal disturbance to the packaging or crating, DO NOT SIGN THE BILL OF LADING WITHOUT NOTING PACKAGING DAMAGE and SUBJECT TO INSPECTION and take pictures of the condition of the received heaters and their related packaging materials. In either case, if you have freight damage, we will work with you to get the situation corrected.
